Canon PowerShot SD750

Today we are going to examine the photo capabilities of the Canon PowerShot SD750. One of the things that I would like to say right off the bat is that the SD750 handles high ISO shots (In most cases higher ISO is used in darker environments.) extremely well, especially for a point-and-shoot. There is much less noise than with most other compact cameras, and I would really like to compliment Canon on this.

Here, a photo of a leaf, taken with the SD750 at an ISO of 800. Overall, this camera has decent color capabilities as well. You can see many photo samples from this model here (Opens in a new Window)

The SD750 also has a very nice cosmetic design. The camera strap has a slider on it that is designed to help you with the camera in two ways:
It can help you open up the port cover, and it also helps you to eject the SD card without having to remove the battery.
If you are interested in picking one of these up, you can find one for a fairly good deal. There are many in mint condition on eBay going for about $100 roughly.
